Weybridge
The complete refitting and refurbishment of a 1920’s five-bed house of 697 sq.m. in Weybridge for a private client. Worth in excess of £2m, this involved both internal remodelling to very high standards and substantial external works and landscaping. The architect was Chris Lee of Nuff Design.  This property was featured in Grand Designs Magazine in November 2014 (download PDF). 

Leatherhead
Extensive repairs, refurbishment and upgrading of the Grade II Listed ‘Old Rectory’ at West Horsley, near Leatherhead. The final contract value was over £1m. This is an exceptionally beautiful property on a large site, sold later through Savills for over £6m.  GL Partners took on a substantial external package as well as the internal works.  The QS was Adair Associates. 

Kingston
A small but highly-specified internal alterations and upgrade contract at Kylemore House in Kingston direct for a private client. This project provided for the alteration of the existing internal swimming pool to accommodate a Wine Cellar and Gym above.  The contract value was £80,000.

Southampton
Extensive internal and external upgrades and remodelling to a substantial property – Badgers Brook, near Southampton. This was a £150,000 contract to open up all floors and to provide spacious new bedrooms, living accommodation and kitchen for a private client, all to a high standard of design and specification. This contract was undertaken direct for the client. 

Weybridge
Single storey extension to this modern, high-spec, detached family home. The project also included the conversion of the basement area into a wine cellar, and landscaping to provide a patio area with external fireplace, seating area and barbeque. This project was completed over the course of 12 months at a value of around £1m.
